Waterdrops on my grass

Waterdrops on My Grass is an original impasto Lake Orta landscape in acrylic on paper, created in Italy. Expressive, layered paint strokes build a landscape that feels dense, wet and alive, as if colour and vegetation have been caught just after the rain.

Muted old rose, blue-grey and green are interrupted by deeper, softened reds. Thick impasto marks sit alongside looser passages of paint, creating movement and physical texture across the surface.
