Each work is created as a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. For that reason, all sales are considered final.
If damage is confirmed, a replacement (if available) or a refund will be arranged.
Shipping & Condition
All artworks are carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with the greatest care.
Please note that slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to differences in screens and lighting. These are not considered defects.
Returns
Returns are only accepted in the case of:
- damage during transport
- an incorrect item received
Returned items must be:
- in original condition
- in original packaging
Return shipping in these cases will be covered or arranged.
Non-returnable
Due to the nature of original artwork, the following do not qualify for return or refund:
-minor variations in appearance
-change of mind
-subjective dissatisfaction
