Kunstschouw 2025 – From the Studio to Brijdorpe

In June 2025, we took the boat and sailed towards Zeeland. A journey carried by open skies and quiet anticipation. Not to close a chapter, but to open one, to new encounters, stories, and perspectives.

For this edition of the Kunstschouw, my work found a special place: Schuur de Wilde, location 31 on the route. Nestled in the small village of Brijdorpe (municipality of Scharendijke), you reach it through winding roads and open fields. There, in the stillness of the landscape, my work is given space to breathe.

Symbolism, nature, and femininity

The pieces I’m showing were created with expression in silence, layer by layer. They speak of vulnerability and strength, of shaping what moves beneath the surface. Symbolism, nature, and femininity form the thread that runs through, visible in lines, textures, and titles.

Kunstschouw Zeeland

Kunstschouw is not a conventional exhibition. It’s a journey of discovery. People enter with curiosity, without hurry. There’s time to talk, to observe, to pause. From within Schuur de Wilde, I invite you to travel along with my visual language, and perhaps find something of yourself reflected in a brushstroke or a shade of colour.
